- Cancellation by the Participant
1.1 If a participant wishes to cancel their registration for a training program, they must notify HCD Mena in writing or through the cancellation request form provided on the Website.
1.2 The cancellation request must be received by HCD Mena within the specified cancellation period, which may vary depending on the training program. The cancellation period will be clearly stated during the registration process.
1.3 In the event of cancellation, the participant may be eligible for a refund, subject to the refund policy outlined below.

2.1 Refunds for cancelled registrations will be processed according to the following guidelines:
- If the cancellation request is received within the specified cancellation period, the participant may be eligible for a full or partial refund, as determined by the refund policy for the specific training program.
- If the cancellation request is received after the specified cancellation period, no refund will be issued, and the participant will be responsible for the full payment of the training program.
2.2 Refunds, if applicable, will be issued using the original method of payment and in the currency of the original transaction. HCD Mena is not responsible for any fluctuations in currency exchange rates or any fees charged by the participant’s bank or payment gateway.
- Cancellation by HCD Mena
3.1 HCD Mena reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training program at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or force majeure events.
3.2 In the event of a program cancellation by HCD Mena, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued for any fees paid.
- Participant Substitutions
4.1 If a participant is unable to attend a training program after registration, they may request to substitute another individual to attend in their place.
4.2 Participant substitution requests must be submitted in writing to HCD Mena before the start of the training program.
4.3 HCD Mena reserves the right to approve or reject participant substitution requests at its discretion.
