Developing & Implementing Recruitment & Selection Strategies
As part of the training program “Developing and Implementing Recruitment and Selection Strategies,” several key areas were covered, including analyzing recruitment needs and identifying required competencies, developing sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, exploring modern recruitment approaches, promoting diversity and inclusion in the hiring process, and evaluating and following up on recruitment and selection outcomes.
The training was conducted online by the esteemed expert Zaid Ammar from the beloved Iraq, and the diversity of participants—representing Jordan, Iraq, Palestine, and Libya—added great value to the discussions and enriched the overall learning experience.
